Andrew Powell Founder, Owner, Home Inspector Andrew Powell is a veteran home inspector. In the past 10 years, Andrew has performed over 3,000 inspections in Southern California. He has also trained and managed teams of inspectors for successful home inspection companies. He is dedicated to his continuing education in order to keep up with constantly changing codes & regulations in California homes. He is passionate about his craft and takes pride in every inspection that he performs. With all his years of experience as a home inspector, Andrew bridges the gap between the home buyer, Real Estate Agents and the inspection process. This enables him to operate at the highest caliber, utilizing state of the art equipment and modern home inspection techniques with a personalized approach.
